If when you accessing a document your screen goes blank, try selecting the Refresh option on your browser (on Internet Explorer, press the F5 key on your keyboard or right-click the page with your cursor and select Refresh from the options. Alternatively, click your cursor in the Address Bar of your browser and hit Return.
